   A.   On the premises with every building devoted to retail trade, retail and wholesale food markets, warehouses, supply houses, wholesale and manufacturing trade, hospitals, hotels, laundry and dry cleaning establishments, or other buildings where goods are received or shipped, there shall be provided loading and unloading space with adequate ingress and egress as follows:

      1.   One loading space of not less than ten feet (10') in width, twenty five feet (25') in length, and fourteen feet (14') in height;

      2.   The location and width of such points of ingress and egress shall be submitted to the commission for approval. (Ord. 203 §21, 1987)
