For purposes related to the orderly development of the county, and in order to carry out the provisions of this title, the county is divided into the following districts:

   A.   Open range district (O-5);

   B.   Ranch agricultural district (R-A-5);

   C.   Residential estates districts (R-E-43 and R-E-21);

   D.   Single-family residential districts (R-1-100, R-1-75 and R-1-50);

   E.   One- and two-family residential districts (R-2-75 and R-2-50);

   F.   Multiple-family residential districts (R-M-75 and R-M-50);

   G.   Mobile home districts (M-H-1, M-H-2 and M-H-3);

   H.   Commercial districts (C-1, C-2 and C-3);

   I.   Recreational districts (R-D-1 and R-D-2);

   J.   Adult entertainment district (A-E-1);

   K.   Manufacturing districts (M-1 and M-2);
