Sec. 30-5.9

Planned unit development.

Where permitted within district regulations, planned unit developments are considered special uses, and subject to the process and requirements of both special uses (Section 30-5.3 (Special Uses)) and planned unit developments. See Article 30-6 (Planned Unit Developments) of this Ordinance for planned unit development process and requirements.
