The Airport District shall be comprised of the property which constitutes the Louisiana Regional Airport, and more particularly described in an ordinance passed by the Ascension Parish Council at a regular meeting on February 1, 2001.

Commentary. The legal description of the Airport District is set forth in an ordinance passed by the Ascension Parish Council on February 1, 2001. This legal description is incorporated into the Development Code by reference.
