Discharge and Septic Waste Disposal Standards.

In all districts, no discharge at any point into any private sewage disposal system, into the ground or into any stream, pond, lake, ditch, canal, bayou, creek or river of any materials of such nature or temperature as can contaminate any water supply, or otherwise create a harmful effect on ground or surface waters shall be allowed except in accordance with the most restrictive of parish, state or federal health standards of applicable stream pollution control standards.
