Waste sites as defined by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality or the Environmental Protection Agency shall be designated on the Ascension Parish Zoning Map to demonstrate to the public their locations only. The placement and identification on the map of these locations, is for informational purposes only, and is not a representation by the parish of the degree of hazard imposed by said site.
