Application for planned unit development (PUD) for apartment development.
1.
All proposed apartment developments shall first apply for a planned unit development (PUD) rezoning from the Ascension Parish Office of Planning and Development.
2.
When seeking a planned unit development (PUD) approval for an apartment development, the applicant shall conform with all (PUD) requirements of the code and provide the following information to the Office of Planning and Development:
a.
A traffic impact study of the proposed site; and
b.
A drainage impact study of the proposed site.
3.
Apartment developments (PUD) shall only be permitted in the crossroad commercial (CC) and mixed use (MU) zoning districts.
4.
A minimum level two traffic study shall be required for all apartment complexes.
