In all BD-1 Business Development/Senior Citizen Townhouse Districts, the following uses (and no others) of land and buildings are permitted:
A. Any use permitted in the BD Business Development District as specified in this chapter unless the tract has been dedicated and approved by the Planning Board for senior citizen townhouses.

B. Senior citizen townhouses as a conditional use upon approval of the Planning Board. A tract approved for senior citizen townhouse use shall have no permitted business, commercial or professional uses.
