The following regulations shall apply in the Professional (P) district.

(82.1)

Any use permitted in the "R" zones may be permitted in the "P" zone, subject to the lot requirements for the "R" districts.

82.2

Physicians, lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects, funeral directors and similar professional people who may occupy an entire building or group of buildings. Veterinarians are specifically excluded from the "P" zone.

Businesses which are generally associated with the above professional practices (e.g., prescription shops, optical sales, etc.).

(82.4)

Insurance offices, realtors' offices, etc., where the nature of the business is primarily one of personal service.

(82.5)

Radio and television stations where transmitting towers are not on the same property.

(82.6)

Parking: Every lot in a "P" zone shall provide: (1) a minimum space on the lot for one car per employee and (2) visitors parking space as determined by city council after recommendation by the planning commission.

(82.7)

Signs: The provisions of the "R-2" district shall apply to the "P" District.
