An ordinance for the City of Eastman, Georgia, regulating the height and size of buildings and other structures, the size of yards, the density and distribution of the population, the location and use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry, residence, recreation, sanitation, and other purposes; creating districts for said purpose and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the method of administration, appeal and amendment; and providing for the imposition of penalties for the violation of the provisions of this ordinance.
