(a)   Retail sales whose primary clientele is area residents. Acceptable sales activities include drug, food, carryout, clothing, but not department or discount stores, variety goods, etc.

   (b)   Restaurants not including drive-in or drive-through facilities.

   (c)   Business, union, charitable, finance, professional, and consulting offices, including offices of industrial or commercial establishments whose plants or outlets are not permitted in commercial districts, medical clinics, and doctor/ dental offices.

   (d)   Laundromats and dry cleaning services.

   (e)   Funeral homes.

   (f)   Personal service establishments such as barber shops, beauty shops, and tanning establishments.

   (g)   Florists.

   (h)   Antique sales.

   (i)   Churches or places of religious worship.

   (j)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.

   (k)   Off-street parking lots.

   (l)   Residences on the second or third floor of commercial structures.

   (m)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission (Refer to Section 1191.09).

   (b)   Studios of art, dance, photography, or music.

   (c)   Non-commercial recreation facilities.

   (d)   Child care facilities.

   (e)   Outdoor vending machines.

   (f)   Banks or similar financial institutions.

   (g)   Computer and electronic repair and assembly.
