A building or lot in any C-2 District may be used only for the following purposes:
(a) Restaurants with or without drive-in and drive-through facilities.
(b) Hotels and motels.
(c) Gasoline service stations and automobile repair garages.
(d) Car washes.
(e) Indoor commercial and non-commercial recreation facilities.
(f) Automobile, boat, manufactured/mobile home, or recreational vehicle sales.
(g) Convenience food stores with or without drive-in or drive-through facilities.
(h) Supermarkets and shopping centers.
(i) Churches or places of religious worship.
(j) General service and repair establishments.
(k) Monument works having a retail outlet on the premises.
(l) Laundromats and dry cleaning services.
(m) Funeral home.
(n) Theaters and concert halls.
(o) Convenience food stores.
(p) Florists.
(q) Antique sales.
(r) Off-street parking lots.
(s) Private or non-profit clubs and lodges.
(t) Printing shops having a sales office or retail outlet on the premises.
(u) Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.

(w) Animal hospitals and veterinary offices.
(x) Banks and similar financial institutions.

(f) Lumber yards and building equipment sales.
(g) Warehouse and distribution.
(h) Rental of heavy equipment or trucks.
(i) Recycling centers.
(j) Two or more outdoor vending machines.
