   (k)   Monument works having a retail outlet on the premises.

   (l)   Laundromats and dry cleaning services.

   (m)   Funeral home.

   (n)   Theaters and concert halls.

   (o)   Convenience food stores.

   (p)   Florists.

   (q)   Antique sales.

   (r)   Off-street parking lots.

   (s)   Private or non-profit clubs and lodges.

   (t)   Printing shops having a sales office or retail outlet on the premises.

   (u)   Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.

   (v)   Studios of art, dance, photography, or music.

   (w)   Animal hospitals and veterinary offices.

   (x)   Banks and similar financial institutions.

   (y)   Child care facility (Refer to Section 1179.12).

   (z)   Nursing homes.

   (aa)   Convalescent homes.

   (bb)   Any other use deemed to be of a similar nature as those above by the Planning and Zoning Commission (Refer to Section 1191.09).
