1153.02 PERMITTED USES.
Lots of buildings or structures within an O-S Open Space District shall be only used for the following:
(a) Protection of wetlands or other environmentally sensitive areas.
(b) Public parks and recreation areas.
(c) Public buildings and uses, including water and sewer facilities.
(d) Private park land or outdoor recreation facilities.
(e) Golf courses.
(f) Any use deemed similar by the Planning and Zoning Commission (Refer to Section 1191.09.)
(g) Accessory structures and uses incidental to the above uses.
(h) Agricultural operations not involving buildings or structures.

Required minimum lot and yard sizes and maximum lot coverages are located in Chapter 1175.

For any building, structure, or object placed in this district, the petitioner must submit a site review plan according to provisions set forth in Chapter 1185.
