To provide permanent areas for agricultural development.
Any use not expressly identified as a use allowed within Escalante City, as either a Permitted, Conditional, or Temporary Use, is hereby determined to be a prohibited Use.
No building shall be erected to a height greater than thirty-five (35) feet without a conditional use permit. Height regulations for conditional uses shall be determined on a case-by-case basis.
