To provide and protect areas for medium density, residential neighborhoods while allowing limited establishment of public and quasi-public uses which serve the requirements of the neighborhood.
Any use not expressly identified as a use allowed within Escalante City, as either a Permitted, Conditional, or Temporary Use, is hereby determined to be a prohibited Use.
No main building shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height above existing grade. No dwelling structure shall be less than one (1) story.
