The planning commission may recommend approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the proposed timeshare development, based on the foregoing criteria. Such decision shall be reflected by a written resolution adopted by the planning commission, following public meetings or public hearings to consider the application.
The board of trustees may approve, approve with conditions or deny the proposed timeshare development, after considering the recommendation of the planning commission and all other relevant matters. Such approval shall be done by resolution or ordinance adopted following one or more public meetings or public hearings to consider the application.
