CHAPTER 16
40 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS
§ 16.40.010 Establishment of districts.
The town is divided into the following districts which are hereby adopted:
(a)
R-1 single-family residential low density district;
(b)
R-2 multiple-family residential medium density district;
(c)
R-3 multiple-family residential high density district;
(d)
MH mobile home residential district;
(e)
R/B residential/business district;
(f)
CB central business district;
(g)
HGB highway and general business district;
(h)
I industrial district;
(i)
O open district;
(j)
PDOD planned development overlay district.
