Vehicles And Mobile Homes
It is unlawful to place any recreational vehicle on any lot or parcel of land in the area covered by the zone map and to use the same for human habitation, except when located in a recreational vehicle court.
It is unlawful to place a mobile home on any lot or parcel of land in an area covered by the zoning map and to use the same for human habitation except in compliance with one or more of the following conditions:
A. When temporarily located on a lot on which a building is being constructed, provided the mobile home is connected to approved water and sewer facilities and is not located thereon, for more than one year from the date of the issuance of the building permit for the buildings; B. When placed on a licensed mobile home park; C. When placed on a zoning lot that complies with regulations of the zone in which the mobile home is located provided;
1. The mobile home and site comply with the use, width, location, height, size of building and special provision requirements for structures within the zone, 2. The mobile home complies with the building code of the city, 3. The mobile home is placed upon a permanent foundation, and 4. The mobile home has been approved by the Appeal Authority as a moved-in building as provided for in Section 18.108.070 of this title.
