That Article 13A, Class “B-1” Business District shall include all of the uses in Article 13 Class B Business District to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Mercedes, Texas, heretofore passed and approved on the 13th day of May, A.D. 1957, except there shall not be any dance halls and loud music emitting from any business premises, and all business premises provide adequate off-street parking facilities.
