24 - PROVISIONS GOVERNING RESIDENTIAL R-1A DISTRICT

17.24.010 - Preamble.

The residential (R-1A) district is established to accommodate uses authorized in the R-1 district except two-family dwellings and zero lot line duplexes which are excluded.

17.24.020 - Uses permitted.

Any uses permitted in the R-1 district except two family dwellings.

Any special uses permitted in the R-1 district except zero lot line duplexes.
