CHAPTER 17

28 - PROVISIONS GOVERNING RESIDENTIAL R-2 DISTRICT

17.28.010 - Preamble.

The residential (R-2) district is established to provide for a wide variety of dwelling accommodations with a higher density of dwelling units than R-1.

17.28.020 - Uses permitted.

A.

Any uses permitted in the R-1 district;

B.

Multiple-family dwellings;

C.

Signs, as permitted in Section 17.52.060;

D.

Accessory uses and buildings.

17.28.030 - Special uses.

A.

Any special uses permitted in the R-1 district;

B.

Day-care centers;

C.

Hospitals, sanitariums, children's homes and rest homes;

D.

Mobile home parks - provided they also comply with the standards and regulations contained in Section 17.52.070.
