The Board shall have such other powers and duties as are prescribed by Kansas law. With respect to any appeal before the Board or any matter referred to it under these Zoning Regulations, the Board shall have all of the powers of the officer or board from whom the appeal is taken and it may issue or direct the issuance of a permit.
