The final disposition of any appeal to the Board shall be in the form of a resolution, which shall affirm, modify or reverse the order or decision from which the appeal is taken. The resolution shall contain the Board’s findings of fact with respect to the appeal and shall be adopted by the Board and made a part of the Board’s minutes. [Ord. 1267, 09-14-09.]
