An open space in the front yard that is adjacent to the principal building and surrounded by a fence or wall for at least seventy-five percent (75%) of its perimeter. A courtyard fence or wall must comply with the regulations set forth in Section 5-135.C. [Ord. 1504, 12-10-18.]
