Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Appendix A shall upon a finding of guilty be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision as set forth in Appendix D of this Code unless otherwise set forth in this Code.
