Exception to height regulations.
The height limitation contained in the district regulations do not apply to spires, belfries, cupolas, antennas, water tanks, ventilators, chimneys, or other appurtenances not intended for human occupancy placed above the roof level. However, these elements shall not exceed the height of the structure on which they are attached by more than fifty (50%) percent.
This exception shall not apply to light standards for athletic fields or parking lots which may only be permitted by conditional use. (Ord. No. 12-16, Jan. 2013)
