No building shall be erected on any lot that does not abut a public street or a city approved private road for a distance equal to or greater than the applicable minimum front lot line distance for such lot as set forth in Table II. All private roads must be built in accordance with the public roads standards as adopted by the city. All driveways shall be set back at least five (5) feet from the closest property line of an adjacent lot in districts C, D, E, and F. (Ord. No. 12-16, Jan. 2013)
