The city manager, or designee, shall enforce this ordinance and in furtherance of said authority shall:

(a)

Issue all building permits and make and maintain records thereof;

(b)

Issue all use and occupancy permits and make and maintain records thereof;

(c)

Conduct inspections of buildings, structures, and the use of land to determine compliance with the provisions of this ordinance;

(d)

Maintain permanent and current records of this ordinance and all amendments hereto;

(e)

Provide information to the public as needed;

(f)

Receive, file, and forward all requests for conditional uses, variances, appeals, and interpretations to the board of zoning appeals, planning commission, or board of commissioners as required in this ordinance. (Ord. No. 12-16, Jan. 2013)
