Should any section, clause, or provision of this Zoning Code be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this Zoning Code, as whole, or any other part thereof, other than the section, clause, or provision so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
