All regulations and requirements of the B-3 Local Business District shall apply to the B-3A Local Business-A District, except that the maximum percentage of lot coverage by buildings shall not exceed 18%, and the maximum percentage of lot coverage by all buildings and pavement shall not exceed 54%.
