The schedule of regulations applying to each zoning district, entitled "Schedule of Area, Yard and Building Requirements" (hereafter called the "schedule"), is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter and is attached hereto.[1]

The schedule is intended to summarize the major regulations by zoning district, including those applying to lot size, yards, building heights and other regulations that may be easily summarized in tabular form. It is not meant to provide comprehensive coverage of all requirements and provisions of this chapter.

The area, yard and building requirements associated with the permitted use in any dual zone shall be applicable.
