Any use permitted in the CR-3, CR-4, and CR-5 zone.

Beverage service.

D.
Minimum area per dwelling unit: 1,000 square feet.

F.
Minimum side yards: Seven feet each.
G.
Minimum rear yard: 25 feet.
H.
Minimum distance between main buildings: 14 feet.
