PREFACE
This code constitutes a complete republication of the Unified Development Code of the City of Powder Springs, Georgia of a general and permanent nature.
Source materials used in the preparation of the republication were the 2015 Code, as supplemented through December 7, 2015, and ordinances subsequently adopted by the Council. The source of each section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. By use of the Tables appearing in the back of this volume, the reader can locate any section of the previous Code, as supplemented, and any subsequent ordinance included herein.
