26 COMMERCIAL ZONE - GENERAL
The purpose of zoning district General is to encourage mix of retail goods, retail services, professional office space, business to business sales, entertainment, restaurants, healthcare and fitness, temporary lodging, financial services, vehicle repair, and community use facilities with a greater degree of freedom than the downtown zone.

| Note: Special Uses may be granted pursuant to PMC 17.40, subject to the ability of political subdivisions, including the City and school districts, to provide services for the proposed use, and when it is not in conflict with the comprehensive plan. | |
Any new residential units, whether new construction or conversion of existing space, shall meet the following requirements.
