10 RESIDENTIAL ZONE A1
The purpose of the zoning district residential A1 is to reserve residential neighborhoods, prevent overcrowding of the land, and to encourage the development of the low-density areas which are best suited for single-family residences.

Note: Residences with an accessory apartment are considered duplexes and are nonconforming in an A1 Zone unless such a dwelling is also eligible for an accessory dwelling unit per the ADU code. Private schools may be allowed but must obtain a Special Use Permit | |
