In the T-3 and T-6 Residence Districts, only the following uses are permitted:
a. Townhouses consisting of not more than six and not fewer than two dwelling units.
b. All uses outlined in Subsection
34-13.1, Paragraphs c, e, f, g, h and j.
c. Any use permitted in the R-1, R-2 and R-3 Residence Districts except home occupations and professional uses.
