Agriculture
15.14.01 Purpose
The purpose of this zone is to preserve agricultural open spaces within the Town and in some cases to act as a holding zone until such time as it becomes appropriate to allow development.
15.14.02 Permitted Uses
The following uses are permitted by right provided the parcel and buildings meet all other provisions of this ordinance or any other applicable ordinances of Rocky Ridge Town.
- Accessory Uses and Buildings
- Agriculture
- Apiaries
- Aviaries
- Dwellings
- Farm Animal Keeping (see section 15.08.030(C))
- Farm Industry.
- Fruit and Vegetable Stands (for sale of products produced on owners premises)
- Stable, private
- Stable, Public
- Greenhouses
- Home Occupations
15.14.03 Conditional Uses
The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses after application and approval as specified in Chapter 15.10 of this ordinance.
- Animal Hospitals
- Cemeteries
- Churches, Synagogues & Temples
- Day Care Centers
- Dog Kennels
- Intermittent Commercial Uses (see section 15.10.090(B))
- Parks
- Schools
- Public and Quasi-Public Buildings
- Recreational Activities
