A.

The City of Sheridan does hereby create a Use Control Area (UCA) and restricts the use of the Site therein, more specifically described as Tracts 6 and 7 of the Second Brundage Place Subdivision, City of Sheridan, Sheridan County, Wyoming, so that the following uses shall be prohibited from occurring on the Site, even if otherwise permitted by its zoning classification, unless otherwise approved by the City and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), to-wit:

1.

Residential;

2.

Hotel or motel;

3.

Nursing home;

4.

Jail or juvenile detention center;

5.

Daycare;

6.

Hospital or hospice;

7.

School;

8.

Fraternity or sorority;

9.

Zoo;

10.

Animal shelter;

11.

Animal boarding, treatment or care facility;

12.

Food processing facility;

13.

Greenhouse;

14.

Plant nursery;

15.

Raising of edible plants, roots or fruit bearing trees or shrubs;

16.

Dairy farm;

17.

Overnight camping;

18.

Recreational vehicle park;

19.

Hunting or trapping;

20.

Commercial gasoline station;

21.

Chemical manufacturing facility;

22.

Landfill;

23.

Any unregulated generation, storage, transportation or disposal of any flammable explosives, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes or toxic substances.

B.

The city of Sheridan does hereby create a use control area (USA) and restricts the use of the site therein, more specifically described as 221 E. Alger St., City of Sheridan, Sheridan County, Wyoming, so that the following uses shall be prohibited from occurring on the site, even if otherwise permitted by its zoning classification, unless otherwise approved by the city and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), to wit:

1.

Residential;

2.

Nursing home;

3.

Daycare;

4.

Industrial/commercial.
