The intent of the Industrial district is to implement the industrial component of the Special district placetype of the Starkville Comprehensive Plan. The Special District placetype provides for a range of spatial forms and intensity of use.
Industrial (I) is located primarily south of Highway 12 along Airport Road, Miley Drive, C.C. Clark Road, Industrial Park Road, Spruill Industrial Park Road, and Portions of Lynn Lane.
