The A-E zone is intended to be applied in fertile areas in which agriculture is and should be the desirable predominant use and in which the protection of this use from encroachment of incompatible uses is essential to the general welfare. The regulations of this chapter shall apply in all A-E zones.

§ 18.15.020 Principal permitted uses.
The following are principal permitted uses in the A-E zones:
Minimum yards: front, thirty feet; rear, twenty feet; side, ten percent of the lot width on each side, but not more than twenty feet shall be required;
Farm outbuildings shall not be less than twenty feet from any dwelling unit on the premises.
