The powers and duties of the City's former Development Review Board previously specified in this Article are transferred to the City's Planning Commission and such powers shall be exercised by the City's Planning Commission in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 20 of this chapter. Any application previously approved by the Development Review Board shall continue to have effect as specified in such permit and as specified in Article 20 of this chapter, and may be modified, suspended or revoked by the City's Planning Commission in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 20 of this chapter.
