Industrial "I" District
§ 450-34 Uses permitted outright in an Industrial I Zone.

In an I Zone the following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:
A.
Manufacturing, repairing, compounding, recycling, processing storage, research, assembly or fabricating activities.
B.
Warehousing.
C.
Wholesale distribution facility.
D.
Public utility or governmental facility structure.
E.
General farming.
F.
Communications stations.
G.
Parks and playgrounds for use by industries and communities.
§ 450-35 Lot size regulation.

The following lot size regulation shall apply:
A.
Minimum lot size: 15,000 square feet.
B.
Minimum front yard: 25 feet.
C.
Minimum rear yard: 40 feet.
D.
Minimum lot width at street right-of-way: 100 feet.
E.
Minimum lot depth: 150 feet.
F.
Maximum lot coverage of buildings: 50%.
G.
Maximum building height: three stories and no higher than 60 feet.
H.
Minimum side yard: no structure shall be located nearer than 10 feet to a side property line.
