R3 Resort/Rental District.
(1)
Intent. The R3 district is intended to provide a quiet, pleasant and relatively spacious living area and is protected from intrusion of incompatible land uses. This district will allow for weekly renting.
(2)
Permitted uses. The following are permitted uses:
(a)
Any use permitted in the R1 district.
(3)
Conditional uses. The following uses may be permitted subject to the provisions of section 17.04:
(a)
Weekly rentals for transient guests, state-licensed.
(b)
Bed and breakfast establishments, state-licensed.
(c)
Duplexes.
(d)
Customary home occupations.
(e)
Municipal buildings.
(f)
Home occupations and professional home offices.
(g)
Public parks.
