(1)

The council hereby adopts § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and all subsequent amendments thereto.

(2)

The officials and employees of the city shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the city by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.

(3)

The city clerk/treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints to be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the city to file a complaint thereunder with the state for enforcement of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
