Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any provisions of this title shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 575, 11-14-2001)
