The O-1 Office Building District is designed to accommodate office buildings and uses necessary to the servicing of the office district.
10-7-2: USES PERMITTED:
No land, building or premises within such district shall be used for other than the following specified purposes:
(A) All principal uses permitted and all special uses as regulated in the Multiple Family Residential Districts.
(B) Office buildings for any of the following occupations: Executive; administrative; professional; accounting; writing; clerical; stenographic; drafting; and sales.
(C) Medical and dental offices, including clinics.
(D) Banks and savings and loan offices.
(E) Business schools or private schools, which may be operated for profit and which are directed toward the education of those occupations specified in subsection (A) above, of these permitted uses.
(F) Funeral homes.
(G) Churches, church schools, and allied church buildings.
(H) Private clubs and lodge halls.
(I) Publicly owned buildings and public utility offices.
(J) Any other uses similar to the above uses.
(K) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the above permitted uses.
