   (D)   Gardening, including truck farming, subject to the requirements of Section 10-3-3 of this Chapter.

   (G)   Orchards, subject to the requirements of Section 10-3-3 of this Chapter.

   (H)   Roadside stands for sale of only those farm products produced on the premises on which the stand is located; provided, that a parking area for not less than six (6) customers' vehicles shall be provided on the private property within parking area and access drives surfaced with compact crushed stone or superior surfacing.    (I)   One-family detached dwellings of not less than one thousand five hundred twenty (1,520) square feet. (Ord. 482, 4-7-1982; amd. Ord. 550, 5-10-1995)

   (J)   Uses similar and/or accessory to the above permitted uses.

   (K)   Parks and recreation areas owned or operated by a unit of government. (Ord. 482, 4-7-1982)

See Section 10-12-3 of this Title, Schedule of Regulations, limiting the height and bulk of buildings, the minimum size of lot permitted by land use, and maximum density permitted. (Ord. 482, 4-7-1982)

The following setbacks shall be observed from a specified use hereafter established or relocated:

   (A)   Apiaries shall be at least one hundred feet (100') from any property line.

   (B)   Any crop requiring aerial spraying more than three feet (3') above the ground shall be located at least two hundred feet (200') from the side or rear lot lines and one hundred fifty feet (150') from any front lot line. (Ord. 482, 4-7-1982)

The following uses may be subject to review of and approval of the conditions herein imposed and subject to review of and approval of the site plans and the use by the Village Board after a hearing and recommendation is received from the Zoning Board for each use:

   (A)   Apiaries, subject to the requirements of Section 10-3-3 of this Chapter.

   (B)   Aviaries.

   (C)   Cattle, horses, sheep, or poultry raising, but not including the raising of hogs, nor any confinement feeding operation. (Ord. 558, 8-27-1997)
