10-3-3: SPECIAL SETBACKS FOR CERTAIN PERMITTED USES:
The following setbacks shall be observed from a specified use hereafter established or relocated:
(A) Apiaries shall be at least one hundred feet (100') from any property line.
(B) Any crop requiring aerial spraying more than three feet (3') above the ground shall be located at least two hundred feet (200') from the side or rear lot lines and one hundred fifty feet (150') from any front lot line. (Ord. 482, 4-7-1982)

The following uses may be subject to review of and approval of the conditions herein imposed and subject to review of and approval of the site plans and the use by the Village Board after a hearing and recommendation is received from the Zoning Board for each use:
