In District "H" - Heavy Industrial [District, as shown on said zoning map, the following shall apply:]

(a)

Use regulations.

(1)

Any use permitted in District G.

(2)

Light and power plants with electrical terminal; manufacture and storage and accessory uses pertaining to the heavy industrial uses such as steel mills; foundries; chemical plants; railroad and terminal facilities; oil refineries; and other heavy industry, such as will not be noxious or offensive by reason of the emission of odor, dust, vibration, smoke, gas or noise or other offensives which would constitute a nuisance.
