600. - DISTRICT "B"
In District "B" - Second Single-Family Dwelling District, as shown on said zoning map, the following shall apply:
(a)
Use regulations. Same as District "A."
(b)
Height and area regulations.
(1)
Height. The height restriction of residences situated in District "B," as described in Exhibit "A" and the zoning map of the city, shall hereafter be to 2½ stories or 35 feet in height.
(2)
Building area. Not less than 700 square feet of floor area.
(3)
Lot size. Not less than 45 feet or size of lot as platted, whichever is less.
(4)
Front yard. Twenty-five feet set back.
(5)
Side street yard. Ten feet set back.
(6)
Side yard. Five feet to side of main building.
(7)
Rear yard. Minimum five feet from main building to rear of lot.
