NCL NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL LIMITED
§ 155.145 DESCRIPTION.
An NCL Neighborhood Commercial Limited District shall be a personal service convenience retail district, limited in size and land use.

§ 155.146 PERMITTED USES.
(A) Barber and beauty shops;
(B) Boarding/lodging houses;
(C) Book and stationery stores;
(D) Camera shop;
(E) Childcare centers;
(F) Churches;
(G) Clinics, medical and dental;
(H) Convenience stores with gasoline;
(I) Daycare homes;
(J) Food stores (retail only 3,000 square foot maximum);
(K) Hobby and toy stores;
(L) Jewelry and watch sales;
(M) Laundries, pick up and self-service;
(N) Photographic studio;
(O) Planned development;
(P) Real estate and insurance offices;
(Q) Single-family, two-family dwellings; and
(R) Accessory uses.

§ 155.147 BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT.
Except as provided in §§ 155.240 through 155.245, no structure shall exceed 35 feet.

§ 155.148 AREA REGULATIONS.
(A) Minimum lot area. No requirements.
(B) Minimum lot frontage. No requirements.
(C) Minimum front yard. Measured from the real front property line, there shall be a front yard of not less than 20 feet.
(D) Minimum rear yard. No requirement except as contained in §§ 155.240 through 155.245.
(E) Minimum side yard. Requirement of side yard of five feet except that there shall be a side yard of ten feet on corner lots.
